GREEN MELON MAGIC SMOOTHIE
/This refreshing honeydew melon smoothie delivers some nutrient-dense magic thanks to the leafy greens and (optional) matcha. And the healthy fats, protein, and fibre keep the body happy and satisfied for hours!
For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I like to use my Almond Cow to make homemade plant-based milk)
1 1/2 cups diced ripe or frozen honeydew melon
1/2 cup frozen green grapes
1 1/2 to 2 cups fresh leafy greens (I like to use baby spinach and often add a small amount of watercress and/or frozen microgreens)
1/4 to 1/2 ripe or frozen avocado
1 to 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
2 Tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean Smooth Vanilla or Just Natural protein powder (optional)
1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
Lakanto sugar-free monk fruit sweetener, raw honey (nonvegan), pure stevia, or sweetener of choice, adjusted to taste (optional)
optional toppings: microgreens, granola, coconut chips, or toppings of choice
