SUPER SIMPLE STRAWBERRY "MOUSSE"
/I love this simple, nutritious-and-delicious recipe. The ingredient amounts are provided simply as a guide. Use your choice of plain yogurt; add more or less protein or berry “powder”; and sweeten to your liking. It’s really that simple!
Tips: Use a coffee grinder or mini blender to buzz-up the freeze-dried berries for a smooth and luscious “mousse”. I recommend using plain, thick, higher-fat probiotic yogurt or Skyr (such as Siggis).
For 3 servings, “whip” together, just until smooth and well-combined:
2 cups thick unsweetened yogurt (Greek or dairy-free) or Skyr
2 to 3 Tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean Wild Strawberry protein powder
2 or more Tbsp crushed/blended freeze-dried strawberries, adjusted to taste
Lakanto sugar-free monk fruit or sweetener of choice, adjusted to taste
optional toppings: fresh strawberries, granola, bee pollen, Eaton Hemp Maple Cinnamon toasted hemp seeds, or toppings of choice
