/This protein-boosted lettuce blend will keep your brain & body happy and well-fuelled all morning!
For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut water
2 handfuls romaine lettuce
1 cup frozen green grapes (optional, omit for low-carb)
1 cup diced cucumber
1/2 ripe or frozen avocado
2 to 4 Tbsp hemp protein or 2 Tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean Just Natural or Smooth Vanilla protein powder
