RASPBERRY GRAPEFRUIT GODDESS SMOOTHIE BOWL
/Raspberries and grapefruit are a match made in heaven. Blended up with some coconut milk, this easy vegan smoothie bowl is so nutritious and delicious that I wouldn't hesitate to call it divine!
For 3 servings, blend together until smooth:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 1/2 cups peeled, chopped, and deseeded red grapefruit
splash of canned coconut milk (full-fat or light), adjusted to desired consistency
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
sugar-free monk fruit sweetener, pure stevia, or raw honey (nonvegan), adjusted to taste
optional toppings: frozen raspberries, unsweetened desiccated coconut, granola, macadamia nuts, or toppings of choice
